Lyndy Chang Stewart

Ms. Stewart joined Gordon & Rees as an associate in 2002. She is a member of the firm's Insurance practice group, which specializes in insurance coverage advice and litigation. Immediately prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Stewart was a litigation associate with Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly (Palo Alto) where she was involved in patent, copyright and commercial litigation. She was also an associate in the intellectual property group at Thelen, Reid & Priest (San Jose).

Ms. Stewart's insurance practice focuses on first party insurance coverage litigation and third party insurance coverage issues. She also handles issues and litigation relating to annuities and re-insurance.
