
Keith Cramer is a partner in Gordon & Rees’s Construction and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He is Director of the Construction Group for Gordon & Rees's Southern California offices and co-chairs the National Construction Practice Group. He has a national practice representing and counseling major U.S. businesses in complex litigation and arbitration in state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and before administrative agencies. He has been national coordinating and trial counsel for clients with mass litigation throughout the United States. His practice includes alleged construction and design defects, delay and disruption, product liability, and ADA/FHA claims.
Mr. Cramer has received multiple Super Lawyers® and Top Attorney distinctions, and is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has represented design professionals, owners, developers, and contractors on numerous public and private projects, and regularly conducts dispute avoidance counseling.
Mr. Cramer has been involved in complex litigation on behalf of his clients in California, Nevada, Texas and other states. He has advised clients on dispute resolution, claim avoidance, insurance (including OCIP/Wrap policies) and a wide variety of other issues. He also practices in the areas of commercial litigation and toxic torts, including mold and indoor air quality issues.
