In employment situations, the chances of success are greatly enhanced when the employer obtains legal advice before making difficult employment decisions.  During litigation, targeted and effective discovery is essential to identify and exploit the weaknesses in the plaintiff’s case.

What are your favorite pastimes when you are not practicing law?

Spending time with my children and grandchildren, reading, dancing, and riding rollercoasters.
