Kenneth Ferguson is the Managing Partner of Gordon & Rees’s Austin office and is a member of the Drug & Medical Device and Tort & Product Liability practice groups. His three decades of litigation and trial experience includes breach of contract, employment discrimination, banking, and insurance matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Ferguson’s practice focuses on product liability, specifically the representation of pharmaceutical, medical device, and automobile manufacturers in national mass tort litigation. He has tried numerous product liability cases to verdict and has extensive experience serving as national settlement counsel involving tens of thousands of claimants.
