Innovative Client Service
Following the pioneering spirit of its founders and their leadership in fostering change in the legal profession, Gordon & Rees made an innovative move in 2009 with the hiring of Lucy Ann Galioto, Esq., a former Senior Vice President of AIG Executive Liability, now Chartis Insurance, to serve in the newly created position of National Director of Client Service.
Ms. Galioto is based in our New Jersey and New York offices, and is available to all of the firm's Partners to assist with enhancing client service and securing strong, productive, long-term relationships based on open and informative communication and feedback. She advises the firm's Executive Committee on matters relating to client service, as well as helps to develop progressive alternative fee arrangements, cost-effective staffing models, and streamlined methods of delivering the firm's services.
Ms. Galioto also helps guide the creation of specialized teams of attorneys focused on specific industries and specific clients, to facilitate the firm's ability to anticipate client needs and marshal firm-wide resources to improve responsiveness, efficiency and cost effectiveness. Gordon & Rees's innovative approach to client service has been featured in a number of publications, including Law Week Colorado and Law 360.
