Joseph DiCecco (HOU), Daniel Kistler (HOU), Peter Olson (SD) and John Theirl (DAL) represented the owners of intraFUSION, a Houston-based specialized physician practice management company in a sale with investor, Lake Capital, a private equity fund with more than $1.3 billion in equity commitments.  The transaction also involved completion of strategic funding for intraFUSION as well as the seller owners and key employees obtaining minority ownership in the on-going intraFUSION business.  The strategic investment will support  intraFUSION’s ongoing growth plans.  intraFUSION manages the office based infusion centers in 14 states and  provides turnkey management services to physicians who administer outpatient infusion therapies within their practice. Infusion therapy is the delivery via IVIG (blood plasma) of pharmacological "recipes". Regimens are typically administered over a period of weeks.
