
Ronald A. Giller is a partner in the New Jersey and New York offices of Gordon & Rees, and is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation, Franchise, and Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors' Rights practice groups.
Mr. Giller has comprehensive litigation experience, both in the state and federal district courts throughout New York and New Jersey, handling cases from initial client consultation through trial and appeal. He also has extensive experience in handling commercial arbitrations.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Giller practiced in a large, well-respected firm in New York City. He also previously served as the Vice President of Litigation & Regulatory Affairs for a public franchise company where he oversaw a large number of litigations and regulatory issues. In that position, Mr. Giller also oversaw the company’s compliance with state and federal franchise disclosure requirements.
Mr. Giller devotes a substantial portion of his practice to intellectual property and franchise litigation. He is Co-Chairman of the firm's Franchise Law Group.

Mr. Giller is currently working pro bono to set up and advise a not for profit corporation that is raising money for diabetes research. He is also actively involved with the ABA's Military Pro Bono Project.
