
Manuel Saldaña, a partner in the Los Angeles office, is a nationally-recognized trial attorney and litigator. Mr. Saldaña’s clients include Fortune 500 companies and other large institutions and corporations. He has tried to verdict several complex suits, including those related to aviation, utilities, industrial, automobile, consumer goods and food products. He has handled claims for general negligence and premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, commercial litigation, contractual indemnity and insurance.
Mr. Saldaña’s experience in aviation litigation spans over 16 years. He has defended aviation matters ranging from product liability matters relating to engine, fuel and electronic systems, air frame and avionics to negligence claims relating to pilot error, maintenance, air traffic control, and weather. Those matters involved both fixed wing and rotor aircraft. He is versed in FAR Parts 61, 91, 121, and 135. He has handled aviation matters venued in different parts of the United States, including California, Arizona, Tennessee, Florida and Texas, as well as Latin America. Manuel currently works for the largest aviation insurers in the world.
