Solving problems. Most of my cases involve complex situations with multiple parties and numerous issues, some of which have not been resolved yet by the courts. I enjoy thinking outside the box by crafting unique and creative strategies to address these issues and put my client in the best possible position going forward.
Preparation. There is no substitute for knowing your case cold. The better you know the intricacies of your own case, the more likely you are to play to your strengths while at the same time mitigating your weaknesses.
When I’m not in the office, you’re likely to find me on the golf course, softball field, bike trail, at any one of the many local professional sporting events (go Niners!), enjoying a live concert, or cooking at home with a glass of my favorite red wine.
