
Elior D. Shiloh is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, Franchise Law and Insurance practice groups. He represents clients in breach of contract actions, intellectual property disputes involving trademark and copyright infringement, discrimination, whistleblower claims and unfair competition in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.
Mr. Shiloh also has experience assisting start-up and established companies. He has worked closely with businesses who seek counsel in developing and implementing their business plans. Some of the areas he has provided counsel include: software design, smart phone application distribution, health and fitness, beverage distribution, fast food, debt-collection, fashion and real estate.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Shiloh was a judicial clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil and Criminal Division. In that position, Mr. Shiloh oversaw and assisted the Court with motions and trials.
