Ernest Isola has been with Gordon & Rees since 1997, and is a partner in both the Construction and Commercial Litigation practice groups.

Mr. Isola specializes in counseling and defending professionals and businesses involved in a variety of claims, including construction disputes, professional liability claims, litigation involving corporate officers and directors, and other business litigation matters. Mr. Isola has represented owners, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, design professionals, construction managers, and product manufacturers in every type of construction claim, and he has also assisted them in formulating contracts, administering construction projects, and handling transactional matters. Mr. Isola has also represented businesses in class action lawsuits, eminent domain actions, and claims for unfair business practices under Business & Professions Code section 17200.
