Henry Kim is an Associate in the Las Vegas office of GRSM. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, specifically in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, as well as general liability. Henry has successfully defended major insurance companies in bad faith insurance litigation.
After graduating from law school, Henry served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joanna S. Kishner. Thereafter, Henry spent several years working as Deputy Attorney General for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, representing the State of Nevada in the areas of civil rights litigation and administrative law. Prior to joining GRSM, Henry practiced at Las Vegas office of a national law firm, concentrating on the areas of insurance bad faith litigation and general liability.
