Biography

Haylee Culver is a Partner in the firm’s Fargo, Rapid City, Missoula, and Laramie offices.  Haylee serves clients in a variety of practice areas including construction, defending creditors rights, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, commercial litigation, oil and gas law, real estate, estate planning and litigation, personal injury litigation, insurance defense, employment law, and municipal representation. 

Haylee has a background in accounting and business, which places her in a unique position to provide legal advice that considers the overall impact on the business. She enjoys getting to know her clients and providing innovative solutions to their challenges. Haylee has broad experience working with business owners from entity formation and governance to merger and acquisition transactions. 

Haylee also serves on the North Dakota Judicial Conference, which is established for the purpose of soliciting, receiving, and evaluating suggestions relating to the improvement of the administration of justice and considering and making recommendations to the North Dakota Supreme Court for changes in rules and procedures.

In addition to practicing law, Haylee is actively involved in her community. She currently serves on the Downtown Dickinson Association DID Board, Dickinson State University Heritage Foundation, and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Dickinson University, teaching a rotation of classes including Business Law I and II, Business Ethics, 21st Century Leadership, and Criminology. 

Prior to joining GRSM, Haylee served as a regional office managing partner for a full-service default law firm.
