Biography

Graham Reynolds is an experienced technology lawyer who is known for his ability to think outside the box, understand industry trends, and provide counsel on complex legal problems. He has a deep understanding of the issues surrounding the e-commerce and ad-tech industry and has been instrumental in helping numerous technology companies navigate the often-challenging legal landscape.

Mr. Reynolds received his law degree from Ireland’s top law school, Trinity College Dublin, and later completed a Masters of Law with a specialization in technology law at the London School of Economics, where he ranked first in his class in E-Commerce Law. He began his legal career as an in-house counsel at one of the largest ad-tech companies, Zeta Global Corp, where he honed his skills in commercial negotiations, privacy, and data licensing while ultimately playing an instrumental role in the company’s IPO filing. Later, Mr. Reynolds worked for both Square and Shopify as a Privacy Counsel and Director, Associate General Counsel respectively. He has practical hands-on experience advising on data co-ops, programmatic advertising, and several other innovative industry solutions.

In his current role as a Senior Counsel, Mr. Reynolds represents clients in a wide range of legal matters, including technology transactions, privacy matters, and FTC regulatory compliance. He is known for his exceptional legal expertise and attention to detail.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Mr. Reynolds is also an active member of the privacy community and is a Fellow Information Privacy (FIP) of the International Association of Privacy Practitioners. He also holds both the CIPP/M and CIPP/US certificates for his expertise in privacy law. In his spare time, Mr. Reynolds is actively working towards a Masters of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University and remains committed to staying at the forefront of technological developments in the e-commerce and ad-tech industry.
