Douglas Reinbold is an experienced litigator and a member of the Construction practice group. Doug handles construction and design claims and litigation, payment disputes, construction site accidents and OSHA violations, mechanics’ liens and bond claims, defective construction claims, change orders, delay damages, and other construction disputes. He also advises clients on construction-related contract negotiations and drafting construction documents.
Prior to joining GRSM, Doug’s practice focused on defending contractors and design professionals in construction defect and professional negligence matters involving commercial and residential projects. Doug also has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with his focus being Legal Operations and Legal Invoice Audit.
