Tucker Dowling is a versatile litigator, counselor, and trial attorney. Based out of San Diego, Tucker’s practice focuses on products liability defense, commercial litigation and business torts across multiple jurisdictions.
Tucker has broad experience defending Fortune 500 companies and global product manufacturers in both state and federal court against single-plaintiff claims, class actions, and other pattern litigation matters involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, industrial machinery, construction equipment, and consumer fraud. He also represents corporations and early-stage entrepreneurs in transactional and litigation matters in the areas of trademark and trade secret, real estate transactions, commercial contracts, corporate formation, governance, and compliance.
In his time away from the firm, Tucker teaches California Civil Procedure and lectures on Trademark and Trade Secret as an adjunct law professor at local San Diego law schools and student-operated legal clinics.
