Dana Burch is a Partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law and Labor practice groups. Dana represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation. An experienced litigator, she is well versed in all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, law and motion, settlement negotiations, trials, and appeals. Dana deftly defends key expert witnesses in high-risk cases and is a keen legal researcher and writer. She also has expertise in assessing verdict valuations and developing sophisticated trial themes.
Prior to joining GRSM, Dana worked defending against asbestos, toxic tort, premises liability and product liability claims. She served as the national coordinating counsel for a client with more than 500 active cases in various jurisdictions.
